Using your online billing information

Account Access

For accessing an account you have to select an appropriate sub division name and type your RR Number as specified in your bill. Click on login button to access your bill and related information
Example: If your sub division code is E6, select 'E6 Sub division' from the list, If your RR Number on the bill shows AEH12679 type the same in the RR Number field

Logout

Option allows the user to sign out of the application for the current RR Number. Once loggedout, user needs to provide sub division id and RR number to access the bill information again.

Current period bill

Shows current and previous bill details in brief. Following are the details about the bill.

Date when the bill was printed and mailed
Billed units
Total Bill Amount payable
Date by which you were supposed to pay the bill
Average monthly consumption of power in kilo watts
Average daily consumption of power in kilo watts

Virtual Bill

Option allows the user to view virtual bill for the current month. You can also print the bill if you have the printer facility.

Bill Information

Here user has two options:
Bill Details: Lets the user to view twelve months bill details with following information

Bill Number
Date when the bill was printed and mailed
Date by which you were supposed to pay the bill
Amount of power consumation in Kilo Watts
Total Bill Amount
Date by which you were supposed to pay the bill
Total Payment due

Graph Details: Graph shows the amount you have been billed for the past twelve months.

Usage Information

Here user has two options:
Usage Details: Lets the user to view twelve month usage details with the following information

Date when the bill was printed and mailed
Date when the bill was printed and mailed
Date when the bill was read from your meter
Previous meter reading number
Present meter reading number
Total consumed units of power

Graph Details: Graph shows you the number of units you have consuming per month for the past twelve months.

Link Accounts

Allow you to link more than one account to your login account. By this you will be able to view all bills related to you. Also allows you to delete a link

Search option

Here user has three options:

Search by Telephone: This option allows to search a consumer with specified telephone number.
Search by Name: This option allows to search a consumer by his/her name as specified in the bill. In case the number of search results are more than 100, user can refine the search by either providing partial address or provide the pincode as per the bill.
Search by Industry: This option allows to search a consumer based on the type of industry the meter is registered.

NOTE: User needs to select sub division name to search by name and industry.
